Swedish Massage

A full Swedish massage involves the use of various massage movements to the head, shoulders, arms, abdomen, legs, feet and back. It is characterised by long, flowing, rhythmic strokes, which loosen muscles and tissue adhesions, creating a deeply relaxing and healing effect on the body.

The client will lie on the massage table and will be covered with towels to preserve dignity and keep them warm. I use an electric blanket on the table to ensure the muscles are kept warm and to optimise relaxation during the treatment.

A full consultation will be carried out prior to any massage to ensure your needs are met. The massage can be tailored to suit and my aim is to have happy relaxed clients.
